KEEP KIDS SAFE IN DANCE

Jackie is incredibly dedicated to the Performing Arts industry and the training of young people within it. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Dance & Drama), Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts Honours (under scholarship) all from Deakin University. She was awarded the Vice Chancellor's Award from Deakin University for outstanding creative product. She also holds many further qualifications including Diploma of Dance, Diploma of Musical Theatre and a Certificate IV in TAE. Jackie is the founder of Keep Kids Safe In Dance, a groundbreaking organisation that promotes safety in the dance industry through education, inspiration and guidance. Jackie leads workshops, outreach and support programs, awareness campaigns, seminars and research and development in all fields associated with safety in dance.

  • KKSID educate and mentor studio owners, teachers, parents, students, workshop facilitators, competition judges and event planners on all areas of child safety
