We are Australia’s first dedicated space to improving the Mental Health and Wellbeing of people within the Performing Arts.

With a long and proud history in the arts, the staff at RISE understand the stress related to training and working in the Performing Arts.

• We offer extension programs for talented young artists to improve their Mental Health, Wellbeing and mindset in a high performance environment focused on improving skills and performance quality.

• We are preparing young people for a career in the performing arts industry through extension programs, workshops, industry experiences and Mental Health, Wellbeing and mindset coaching.

• We are a hub for the professional Performing Arts industry offering studio hire, professional development, free seminars, mindset coaching and dedicated open space hours.

• We offer education programs for schools focusing on using the arts to inspire healthy mindset and wellbeing.
